Conference in Tallinn

Next Thursday begins in Tallinn (Estonia) an e-voting conference held by the eGovernance Academy in conjunction with the Council of Europe. It will be a good oportunity to check the newest devlopmentes of a pionner country in binding Internet voting implementations.
