ECPR pannel on e-voting

Dear all,
Finally it seems that we'll be able to meet anyone interested in e-voting for the next ECPR meeting to be held in Postdam.
Please do not hesitate to contact me (or to re-contact, as there was some colleagues initially pre-registered that I informed them that our panel was rejected...).

The above panel will be uploaded onto the website by 1st November, when the call for papers will be circulated and the online paper proposal system will be activated.

Additional Guidelines for Panel Chairs

Panel Chairs must accept a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 5 papers for presentation on their panels. They may also accept a further 2 papers to be tabled at the panel. Tabled papers may not be presented at the panel, but the authors will appear in the official programme as tabled papers and they may participate in the discussion from the floor. These papers should be circulated in advance, and discussants and other paper-givers may refer to these papers in their comments. In the event of scheduled paper-givers failing to attend the panel, the tabled papers may act as a reserve and be presented instead. All participants in a panel who attend the Conference (Chairs, paper presenters, authors of tabled papers and discussants) must pre-register by 1 June 2009 in order to appear in the official programme.

Panel proposal for ECPR'09 (Postdam)

Hi,

I'm preparing a Panel Proposal to be accepted for the Joint Sessions of the European Consortium for Political Research - (september - 2009) in Postdam. The Panel I'm planning is

"The last electoral challenge: e-voting. A compared analysis".

Initially I'm expected to sent about 5 tentative papers, assuming that all tentative paper givers will come to Postdam. No matter if your institution is or not an ECPR member.

I'd like as well to know somebody to act as a Panel Discussant, and if you're also interested in co-chairing the Papel please let me know.
