Jordi Juste, a free-lance journalist living in Japan and working on his research about e-voting under my supervision, informs us that the lower chamber of the japanese legislative power was expected today to enact e-voting for national elections. After that, the upper chamber will decide about the 15th december.
Don't know yet how's the bill, but as soon as Jordi send me something I'll post it.
