Vote for blind people in Spain

Although we're not talking about e-voting, for the next nationwide legislative elections of 9 march, blind people will be able (for the first time) to cast their votes withouth the need of a proxy. They'll receive the party lists in different envelops -those being identified in Braille- in order to select their option and cast the vote. Read more about it in their website.
