Derecho TICs Network -- II Seminar

Last Thursday and Friday the University of Valencia held an academic seminar about TICs, civil rights, e-government and democracy. There has been an interesting debate about e-voting issues with the participation, among others, of Lorenzo Cotino, the network coordinator, Miguel Ángel Presno, Antonio J.
