The Swiss Neuchatel Canton carried out last 25th september its first binding e-voting election with remote tools. It is interesting to underline the step-to-step protocol because they have only allowed up to 2000 citizens to use this voting channel. On the other hand, the interested voters had to identify themselves and sign a contract before 9th September. The Catalan company Scytl was the technical partner of the project.
